A non-refundable commitment fee of $100 is required to secure the booking.

Single Shot: 1-3 business days

Graduation and events 7-10 business days

Expedited editing within 24 hours for a single shot: $75 fee, while graduation and family events editing within 1-4 days would incur a fee of $120

Partial payment is required before starting the work, with the full payment due before delivery.

Photo revisions and premium editing will extend the edit delivery timeframe.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a client cancels a regular session, they will forfeit their session retainer. However, the $50 fee paid to secure the session date will serve as a cancellation fee. This fee can be used as credit towards a future session if the client reschedules by calling in 72 hours before the scheduled date and rebooking.
TIME AND ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time for your photoshoot. A 15-minute lateness will result in a $25 late fee. Session end times will not be extended due to client punctuality.
If you are more than 25 minutes late, your session will be canceled and 50% of your invoice will be charged. Thank you for respecting your time and mine.
APPEARANCE

Your appearance plays a crucial role in the success of your photoshoot. Prioritizing your hair, makeup, outfit, and concept will lead to a vibrant outcome. Take the time to prepare and pay attention to these details for an extraordinary shoot.

Usungu Photography is not responsible for the client's appearance and will only make minor adjustments. Some elements cannot be altered or edited with Photoshop.
Additionally, ensure you come photoshoot-ready for your appointment, enabling us to start promptly.

Edits and Turn Around Time
Additional photos are priced at $15 per edit. Online galleries will be generated and sent to you within 24-48 hours of your photoshoot date. Upon receiving your gallery, please make your selections within 1-3 days to ensure the timely progression of your pictures and help maintain an efficient schedule.
The turnaround time for the final edits will be approximately 7-10 days from the date selections are made.
